David W.N. Vickery, M.S.O.D.A., MP-ELI, CPC is an innovative thought leader in the area of organizational development, change management and personal development. Over his career he has worked with a number of Fortune 100 companies to implement high performance teams, restructure organizations, identify performance gaps and assess training and development needs. His passion and drive is evident in never ending quest to always look to improve processes that are realistic and stainable.
David received his Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Master Practitioner Energy Leadership Index (MP-ELI) credentials from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). He earned his B.S. in business administration from Heidelberg College while his Master in Organization Development and Analysis was earned from Case Western Reserve University.
David is an active member of the following national organizations; A.S.T.D. (American Society for Training and Development, O.D. (Organization Development) and I.C.F. (International Coaching Federation).

His experience as an educator and counselor, affords him the opportunity to team with teens to develop positive goals and purposeful communication, to work with families to create positive relationships that are sustainable, and to team with educators to set positive student/teacher communication.
John received his Reiki Master training at the Omega Institute for Holistic Learning, his Vibrational Sound Therapy training from the Vibration Sound Association. John earned his Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). His BA in Speech and Performing Arts/ Secondary Education came from Glassboro College at Rowan University while his Master in Education degree was earned from American Intercontinental University with a focus on curriculum design and instruction.
John has been an independent school teacher for nearly 26 years. He has been a member of Science, English and Performing Arts Departments teaching grade levels pre-K through twelfth grade. As a curriculum designer John has developed various curriculums for public and private schools as well as the New York State Department of Health, Ocean County, New Jersey Office of Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Teachers College at Columbia University, and a private recycling consulting group.
